NUDE
The images for "NUDE" were taken during my countless travels between 2012 and 2018, but partly also in Paris, the city where I currently live. Often planned in advance, inspired by locations, colors, situations, and ambiance, but sometimes simply the result of spontaneity, coincidences, and encounters with people and the unrestricted need to create something that corresponds to my vision.
The priority was never spectacle or provocation. On the contrary, I have always sought a certain calmness in my images, a harmony between the models and the places where I photographed them. I see my images as situations to which I invite the audience to let their own thoughts and stories run free, to be part of it, without compromising the integrity of the models.
My images are by no means meant to be considered a standard for aesthetics and beauty, nor are they militant. They are simply the photographic representation of my current vision. My current vision, in which I give the models as much freedom as possible and necessary, and in which the woman is at the center and respected.
